About

Established in 1981, the Department of Marathi enlightens students in Marathi Literature and related skills in language writing. Department also strives to develop and appreciate the interest in Marathi as official language among new generations. In 2012 PG course and in 2014 Research centre for Marathi was introduced to offer opportunity of higher education among locals.
